Our patient, a 30 something year old woman, had a history of porcelain crown treaments for her anterior teeth years ago.

As our before photo shows, her porcelain crowns became discolored and also underwent structural changes. This type of crown failure is unfortunate and does indeed occur when preparations and treatment are not performed under optimal conditions.
