Our patient, a 28 year old female who had failed to lose certain baby teeth and had missing adult sized incisors consulted with Dr. Bram to evaluate a variety of treatment methods that could create what Mother Nature failed to provide.... a pleasant Adult smile.

As the before and after photos readily show, several of the patient's anterior (front teeth) were undersized. Her overall dentition was quite good. Nonetheless, our patient wanted to have a balanced smile and to have teeth that were harmonious with one another.

Six (6) teeth were primarily affected. Since the patient was concerned about dental cosmetics that would have maximum endurance, financing was arranged that enabled her to obtain the premium treatment for missing teeth... namely, dental implants.

Two Nobel Biocare titanium implants with gold abutments were used (can be seen in before photo), along with 2 Empress Crowns and 2 Empress Veneers. The cosmetic outcome was quite dramatic. The patient's new smile was in perfect balance and had ideal occlusion.
